Description
Rank Up Together.
The Squad Coaching System.
The same 8-hour World Champion programme that took ZayWalkin from Platinum to Top 250 in 16 hours, built for duos, trios, and squads.
You don’t have to grind alone. Bring the players you actually queue with. Train as a unit. Improve as a unit. Build communication and team play DURING coaching, not separately.
Myth Took 2nd Place.
Then He Sent This.
“WE TAKE THAT. You helped me understand the game way more man, appreciate that. It helped massively MY MAN. Brother thank you so much for all the tips. It helped out so HARD. I hope I made you proud.”
Myth (Ali Kabbani)One of the most-watched streamers of the past decade · 11M+ followers across platforms · 2nd Place Creator Tournament
Ali “Myth” Kabbani has 11 million followers across platforms. He’s been one of the most-watched streamers in the world for nearly a decade. When he plays in a creator tournament, he doesn’t need a coach to win. He came to one anyway.
CDL Champions Don't Lie.
“DREAL brought structure to NYSL when we needed it most. The way he holds people accountable while also building trust is insane. He held me accountable and helped make me the best player I could be. He helped turn our environment into a brotherhood chasing wins. I've grown more as a player, teammate and a leader thanks to him.”
SkyzCDL Champion & Veteran Pro
“The difference DREAL made was unreal. He came in, changed our culture, and gave us a championship mindset. Whether it was VOD breakdowns, team culture, or dealing with pressure. He doesn't coach to win games, he coaches to win championships.”
SIBCDL Champion & Veteran Pro
“One of the best coaches I've ever worked with, my brother on and off the game. We came up together and he helped me become what I am today. If you want a real coach, this boy is the one.”
HydraCDL Champion & Veteran Pro
Solo grinders plateau. Squads compound.
When you train alone, your improvement stops at your own ceiling. When you train with the players you queue with, every drill, every VOD review, and every mental rep gets shared, debated and locked in across the whole squad.
You don’t just rank up faster. You rank up with the people you’ll keep playing with for the next 5 years.
One of our players went from Platinum to Top 250 in 16 hours.
“”
After 8 hours of coaching, I realized just how deep CoD really is. I've dialed in my warm up, identified my biggest weaknesses, and learned how to control my mental. In wagers and tournaments, my skill gap, pacing, spawn knowledge, and overall gameplay have improved significantly.
If you're considering coaching and seriously want to go pro, it's 100% worth it.He breaks down and teaches everything you need to know. No wonder he's a world champion ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

ALONE YOU PLATEAU.
TOGETHER YOU LEVEL UP.
Three reasons squad coaching produces faster results than solo.
01
Built-In Accountability
When your friends are training, you train. When they’re reviewing VODs, you review. When one slacks, the others pull them back in.
- Shared homework and drills, so nobody gets to skip a week and pretend they did the work
- Group VOD review where you call each other out, politely but honestly
- A squad-wide Discord channel where progress, drills, and clips get posted daily
- Standards rise when you’re being watched by people you respect. That’s how pro teams operate.
- No more “I’ll grind tomorrow.” Tomorrow is when your squad is grinding.
02
You Learn 3x Faster
Watching someone else get coached on their mistake teaches you the same lesson, without you having to make the mistake first.
- When one player gets a fix, the whole squad absorbs the lesson in real time
- 3 to 4 different rank levels in one cohort means 3 to 4 different perspectives on the same problem
- Group discussion forces you to articulate WHY a play works. That’s when it actually sticks.
- You see how players in different roles think. Your AR understands what your SMG actually needs from him.
- Your bad habits get spotted by 3 people, not just one. Nothing slips through.
03
Team Play Built In
Solo coaching teaches you how to play. Squad coaching teaches your team how to play together.
- Comms drilled DURING coaching, not as an afterthought when you queue up
- Role clarity established together. Your AR knows the SMG’s job, your SMG knows the AR’s lanes.
- Trade timings, rotations, and setups become muscle memory because you train them as a unit
- You walk away with a SQUAD that operates the same way, not just a player who improved
- Same system used with NYSL, Cloud9, and CDL champion teams. Adapted for your group.
Two Years From Now. Where Are You?
Close your eyes for ten seconds and answer honestly.
Are you the player your squad respects? The one your friends queue up specifically to play with? The one people watch and assume you’re already pro?
Or are you the player who’s still hardstuck. Still grinding the same maps. Still making the same mistakes. Still telling yourself “next season is the one” while the rank gap between you and your friends quietly grows.
There are two paths from this moment.
Figure It Out Alone
Watch another 200 YouTube videos. Try every meta loadout. Change your sensitivity 40 more times. Grind another 1,500 ranked games. Hope it clicks.
Some players figure it out this way. After 2 to 3 years. If they don’t burn out first.
Most don’t. They plateau, get bored, and quit caring around the same rank they’ve been stuck at for the last 18 months.
The cost isn’t time. It’s the version of you that never gets to exist.
Train With Your Squad. Skip the Years.
Get the system in 4 weeks. The same one used with HyDra, Crimsix, SIB, and Skyz. The one that helped Myth take 2nd place. The one that took ZayWalkin from Platinum to Top 250 in 16 hours.
You don’t need talent you don’t have. You need the framework the top 1% already operate with.
Your friends notice within two weeks. Your squad starts winning the games you used to lose. Your name starts showing up on the leaderboards you used to scroll past.
Two years of progress, compressed into 4 weeks. With the people you actually play with.
Every player you watch on stream got there because someone showed them the system. They didn’t figure it out alone. They had a coach, a system, or a team that pulled them up.
You’re not behind because you’re not good enough. You’re behind because nobody’s shown you the shortcut yet.

The Three Pillars of The Championship System.
01
How To Actually Play The Game
Stop guessing. Start knowing exactly what to do and when. Like Pros Would.
- Where to be on every map, when to rotate, and how to make your team’s setups actually work
- Why you keep losing gunfights and the exact habits that fix it for good
- How to be ready to shoot before your opponent even sees you
- Stop moving randomly. Every step should give you information or an advantage.
- How to pick fights you’re already winning before the gunfight even starts
- Squad-specific. Trade timings, crossfires, and rotation pairs drilled together.
02
Mindset Like a Champion
Play the same on map five as you did on map one. The whole squad. No tilt cascades.
- A 2-minute pre-match routine your whole squad runs together
- How to shake off a bad round in 90 seconds before it spreads to the rest of the team
- Stop overthinking mid-game. One simple cue your team uses to get back on track.
- What to say to your teammates when things go wrong (and what to never say)
- Build real squad confidence, not fake hype. The kind that doesn’t disappear when you’re down 2-0.
- Squad-specific. Tilt management, comm tone, and how one player’s mental affects the whole team.
03
How to Keep Getting Better Together
Your squad becomes its own coaching staff. Permanently.
- How to run group VOD reviews after the programme ends, without it turning into a blame session
- A one-page squad daily plan so nobody sits down to play without knowing exactly what to work on
- A team warmup routine that gets all of you locked in, not just the one player who took it seriously
- A simple squad tracker to spot patterns across all players. Collective improvement, not individual.
- What to work on each day so the squad keeps improving, not just whoever felt motivated that week
- Your personal squad system. Spot the problem, fix it as a team, drill it, never lose to it again.
No Hidden Catches.
What if we're all different ranks?
Great. That’s actually ideal. Different ranks bring different perspectives. The fundamentals are the same regardless of rank. Positioning, decision-making, mental performance. The higher-ranked players in your squad accelerate everyone’s improvement by sharing their reads in real time.
Do all of us need to attend every session?
Yes. Squad coaching only works when the whole squad shows up. Sessions are 1 hour, scheduled at times that work for everyone. If your squad can’t commit to attending together, this isn’t the right format. The solo programme might suit one of you better.
What if one of us drops out partway through?
The programme continues for the remaining players. Their content, drills, and bonus library remain theirs. The pricing structure assumes the squad starts together. Partial refunds for one player dropping aren’t available, which is why I recommend confirming the commitment of every player before booking.
Can our squad include players from different platforms?
Yes. PC, PlayStation, and Xbox all welcome. Strategy, mechanics, and mental performance apply regardless of input. The only thing that matters is that you all play together, even if it’s cross-play.
Does the Rank-Up Guarantee apply to every player?
Yes. Every player on the squad gets the same Rank-Up Guarantee as solo students. Hit a new personal best rank within 30 days of finishing, or I coach that player free until they do.
How is this different from solo coaching?
Same content. Same depth. Same coach. The difference is delivery. Sessions become collaborative, drills become paired, and accountability is built in. You also get the benefit of seeing teammates’ mistakes and corrections without making the same mistakes yourself first.
Stop Plateauing Alone. Start Leveling Up Together.
There's the version of your squad that saw this page, talked about it for 20 minutes, and never booked. They played another thousand ranked games together. Made the same mistakes. Tilted in the same spots. The friend group either levels up together or grows apart while one of you ranks up alone.
The cost isn't $1,000, $659, or $500 each. The cost is another year of finding out whether you could have done this together. Or watching the squad split when one of you takes it seriously and the rest don't.
