All purchases made through dreal.co.uk — including but not limited to digital courses, downloadable content, coaching sessions, coaching programmes, and retainer packages — are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Digital Products (Courses & Downloadable Content)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable courses, guides, templates, videos, and training materials are final. Once a digital product has been delivered (made available for download or access), the transaction is complete and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • The Ranked Blueprint ($39)
  • The Aiming & Movement Masterclass ($79)
  • The Path to Pro Masterkit ($169)
  • Any individual guides, checklists, or training materials

 

Coaching Sessions & Programmes

All coaching sessions and programmes — including Quick Fix ($59), Deep Dive ($149), Path to Pro ($299), World Champion Package ($1,359), and VIP World Champion Retainer ($4,999) — are non-refundable once payment is made.

Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled via Discord after purchase. The Client is responsible for attending at agreed times.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice (no-shows) will be marked as completed and will not be replaced or refunded.

Voluntary discontinuation: If you choose to stop participating in a coaching programme before completion, no refund will be issued for unused sessions or remaining programme time.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of funds through your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment processor is a violation of this policy and, where applicable, a breach of any signed coaching agreement.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • We will provide full evidence of the transaction, services rendered, communications, and delivered digital resources to the payment processor
  • You agree to reimburse the full original payment amount plus any fees, penalties, or administrative costs incurred
  • A dispute administration fee of $250 USD will apply
  • We reserve the right to pursue the outstanding balance through debt collection or legal proceedings
  • Access to all DREAL services, content, and communications will be immediately suspended

 

Performance Guarantees

Certain coaching programmes include performance guarantees (e.g., “hit a new personal best rank or continued coaching at no additional cost”). These guarantees are conditional upon the Client’s active and consistent participation throughout the programme, including attending all scheduled sessions, completing assigned practice plans, and providing gameplay footage as requested.

Performance guarantees do not constitute a refund guarantee. If the performance target is not met but the Client has not fulfilled their participation obligations, the guarantee is void and no refund or additional services will be provided.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
