Developing Champions at NYSL
Developed a long term plan for NYSL to take them from 11th place to World Champions.
2021-22 Season (COD Vanguard)
- Signed as performance coach late 2021.
- Promoted to Head Coach during stage II to take on the task of helping NYSL qualify for the 2021-22 CDL World Championship.
- NYSL underwent a turn-around period under my guidance, overcoming the 80 point deficit, winning Major III and achieving 2nd place in Major IV to qualify for the world championship,
- Experienced in building high performing teams (x3 Majors 22-23, World Champion 23).
- Vast experience in general manager and head coach positions in esports and traditional sports.
- Educated in medicine, passionate about esports.

- Turned NYSL’s kryptonite, hardpoint, into one of their best game modes, taking their win-rate from 0% in stage I to 77%+ by the final major.
2022-23 Season (COD MWII)
- Implemented structural changes and engaged in a cultural reset. This included bringing in new staff and players that believed and conformed to the culture, values and standards set.
- Placed emphasis on mental skills training and cultural development - which is not seen in Call of Duty.
- Built a safe space for the team, providing the best platform for the athletes to thrive.
- We focused on the process. Not afraid to make tough decisions for the betterment of the team.
- Won 3 titles in a single season.
- We earned the 2022-23 World Championship.
